Alex – Finding purpose in teaching and stewardship of work

In the forty-eighth episode of the Inspiring Stewards podcast, Nathan Jones speaks with Alex from Moscow. Born during the Soviet era, when being a Christian was not accepted, Alex has felt God's call on his life since childhood. He currently lives out this calling in various teaching roles, mainly in higher education. He understands that serving God moves beyond local church involvement; it also includes the professional work where God has placed us. To experience God’s work in our lives, Alex encourages listeners to take care of all the resources God has entrusted to them and not to replace Him with those resources.

Tuvsho Tsogtsugar –  Mentoring young adults transitioning from the orphanage system

In the forty-seventh episode of the Inspiring Stewards podcast, Nathan Jones speaks with Tuvsho Tsogtsugar from Mongolia. Born in Soviet times and raised in a humble family who knew little about Christianity, Tuvsho came to faith in her early 20s through interaction with foreign missionaries. This shaped her heart to minister to young adults and stay in Mongolia rather than leave the country. As the co-founder of Heart of Mentoring, she supports young people transitioning out of the orphanage system. Tuvsho calls listeners to attune to the needs of the younger generation with her. She believes we can lead them to Christ and have a meaningful impact in their lives.

Benjamin Juang – Engaging youth with YouTube and social media

In the forty-sixth episode of the Inspiring Stewards podcast, Nathan Jones speaks with Benjamin Juang from Taiwan. Born in the United States, Benjamin moved to Taiwan at the age of 10 and now serves as a youth minister at his church. Living in a predominantly non-Christian society, he draws inspiration from the prophet Daniel to share the gospel through various means, including his YouTube channel. Benjamin encourages listeners to connect with the younger generation through genuine relationships and love. As a parent, he concludes by emphasizing the importance of building Christ-centered families and nurturing faith at home, rather than simply striving to grow a large ministry or megachurch.
