Rafael Bandeira

Rafael has served Christian organizations for over ten years, specializing in fundraising, financial planning, and governance. He built his career in public institutions like the Brazilian Postal Service and the Brazilian Army, as well as nonprofits such as World Vision and the Brazilian Bible Society.

He holds degrees in business, economics, accounting, and theology, along with a master’s in public policy. Currently, he is pursuing a doctorate at Florida Christian University. In 2020, he published Fully Funded Faith, a biblical guide to fundraising for missions. Ordained in 2022, he now serves as a pastor in a local Methodist Church in Brazil.
