Linnea Baney

Linnea’s Indiana farm upbringing fostered persistence and integrity and shaped her career. After Purdue University, she entered Chicago real estate. A transformative encounter with Christ through Alpha led to a career shift, bringing her to Alpha Chicago. There, she led initiatives in fundraising, event management, and leadership training.

A season of deep spiritual exploration revealed pain’s transformative power, resulting in certifications in Spiritual Direction, Immanuel Prayer, Journey Groups, and HeartSync. As a mother of three, she guides children and adults to encounter Christ and helps reframe suffering through God’s power, fostering growth, purpose, and joy.
