Bea Falcão

Bea Falcão brings more than a decade of experience in administration, event coordination, and cross-cultural engagement. She demonstrates proven strength in organizational management. Her service spans diverse contexts: Dallas Baptist University, where she earned a master’s degree in Organizational Communication; the Brazilian Home Missions Board; the South of Brazil Baptist Seminary; a leading oil and gas company; and a Brazilian airline.

Bea actively engages in Christian ministry. She has coordinated children’s and communications ministries in her local church in Rio de Janeiro, guided international student initiatives at Dallas Baptist University, and supported church ministry in Texas. She devotes herself to equipping Christian workers, fostering trust and community, and serving others through education, hospitality, and ministry.
